Kæru aðildarfélög,
Stjórn Landssambands ungmennafélaga (LUF) boðar hér með til 2. fundar fulltrúaráðs kjörtímabilsins 2019-2020 í Ingjaldsstofu (HT-101) á Háskólatorgi, Háskóla Íslands miðvikudaginn 14. ágúst nk. kl. 19:00. Vinsamlegast boðið komu ykkar á fundinn með því að skrá ykkur hér.
Hér eru drög að dagskrá. Vakin er athygli á að kosið verður í eftirfarandi embætti á fundinum: meðstjórnandi í stjórn LUF, varamaður í stjórn LUF, Ungmennafulltrúi Íslands hjá Sameinuðu Þjóðunum á sviði mannréttinda, stjórn Leiðtogaskóla Íslands ásamt Alþjóðanefnd LUF (4). Framboð í ofangreind embætti skulu vera í samræmi við samþykktir LUF og berast með skráningarformi.
Ef tilskipaðir fulltrúar í fulltrúaráði sjá sig ekki fært um að mæta biðjum við þá vinsamlegast um að finna staðgengil.

Dear Members,
The board of The National Youth Council of Iceland (LUF) hereby invites you to the 2nd meeting of the Committee of Representatives (CoR) for the mandate of 2019-2020. The meeting will take place at Háskólatorg, University of Iceland in Ingjaldsstofa (HT-101), Wednesday the 14th of August at 19:00. Kindly confirm your participation by filling in the registration form.
Here is the draft agenda. Note that the CoR will elect a new board member of LUF, deputy board members of LUF, the United Nations Youth delegate of Iceland on human rights, the board of the Icelandic Leadership Academy and the International Committee of LUF. Candidates need mandates from their organizations according to the rules and regulations of LUF. Nominations should be submitted with the registration form.
Please invite a substitute if you are not able to attend the meeting.
