Stjórn Landssambands ungmennafélaga (LUF) boðar hér með til 3. fundar fulltrúaráðs kjörtímabilsins 2019-2020 í Hinu Húsinu, Rafstöðvarvegi 7, 110 Reykjavík, mánudaginn 4. nóvember nk. kl.17:30.

Vinsamlegast boðið komu ykkar á fundinn með því að skrá ykkur hér.

Hér eru drög að dagskrá. Vakin er athygli á að kosið verður í embætti Ungmennafulltrúa Íslands hjá Sameinuðu þjóðunum á sviði loftslagsmála á fundinum. Framboð skulu vera í samræmi við hæfniskröfur og samþykktir LUF. Framboð skulu berast með skráningarformi.

Ef tilskipaðir fulltrúar í fulltrúaráði sjá sig ekki fært um að mæta biðjum við þá vinsamlegast um að finna staðgengil.

Dear Members,

The board of The National Youth Council of Iceland (LUF) hereby invites you to the 3rd meeting of the Committee of Representatives (CoR) for the mandate of 2019-2020. The meeting will take place at Hitt Húsið, Rafstöðvarvegi 7, 110 Reykjavík, Monday the 4th of November at 17:30. Kindly confirm your participation by filling in the registration form.

Here is the draft agenda. Note that the CoR will elect the United Nations Youth delegate of Iceland on Climate Change. Candidates need mandates from their organizations according to the conditions of the board and the rules and regulations of LUF. Nominations should be submitted with the registration form.

Please invite a substitute if you are not able to attend the meeting.
